I. Online coupon Use & Redemption

1. Coupon can be purchased online from the official website https://bookmyplotnow.com between 00:00 HRS on 24.07.2023 to 23:59 HRS on 11.08.2023.
2. Purchase of an online coupon is mandatory to be eligible for any THE BIGGEST NRI PLOT FEST offers.
3. The redemption period commences at 00:00 HRS 12.08.2023 and ends at 23:59 HRS on 15.08.2023, post which the online coupon expires.
4. Coupon can be redeemed by entering the redemption code that is sent to the registered email id/mobile number.
5. The online coupon holder is entitled to a one-time price offer against the total sale price of the unit purchased by Holder during the offer period.
6. Holder can purchase multiple online coupons but can redeem individual coupons only against specific units. In other words, you can only redeem one coupon against the booking/purchase of one unit.
7. Online coupons are not transferable. Once redeemed cannot be re-used or transferred against booking a different unit.
8. Price Protection Plan is subject to price benefit to the customers only if the prices drop below the MTP in due course.
9. Additional Rs. 1,00,000 savings on redeeming the coupon for the purchase of the plot. Valid only till 15.08.2023

II. Booking Related

1. To use and redeem the online coupons, a customer must book the desired plot using the booking engine exclusively. Purva Land will not entertain or accede to requests for redemption of online coupons for bookings made in any manner or form other than through the booking engine.
2. Once you redeem your Online Bonus coupon within the offer period, you are required to – (a) pay the balance booking advance as called upon (b) complete other booking formalities by furnishing all KYC-related documents, and (d) execute the sale agreement within 21 days from the date of issue of allotment letter, failing which the online coupon discount will be withdrawn.
3. Notwithstanding anything contained herein or verbally communicated to the Purchaser, the transaction of sale and purchase to be entered into consequent upon redemption of the online coupon will be governed solely and exclusively as per the terms and conditions recorded in the agreement for sale executed in this regard.
4. Any disputes arising from, in connection with or relating to the coupon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bangalore only.

III. Refund Related

1. Coupons are 100% refundable, if any cancellation request is raised to cancel the coupon not redeemed for booking.
2. In case of the applicant cancelling or seeking cancellation of the booking/allotment, the same shall be governed as per the provisions provided under booking form/ allotment letter.
3. Any cancellations post execution of Agreement to Sell will be as per the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the executed Agreement to Sell.
